Since your satisfaction is our priority, we are pleased to give you the opportunity to review your plan. If you are not completely satisfied with your plan for any reason, you may cancel your plan at any time and receive a refund of any unearned premium. Please note that this refund is only available if a claim has not been initiated.

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Find your tuition plan on the Dashboard page then click on "View Policy".

Step 3: Click on the "Select an Action" drop-down menu at the top of your policy details page.

Step 4: Select "Suspend Policy". 

*If your tuition plan is active, you will need to follow the steps to contact our agency. 

Step 5: If the policy you wish to cancel is not active, choose a cancelation reason from the drop-down menu.

a. You will be prompted to select "Contact Us" if your policy details are incorrect. 

Step 6: Click on "Cancel My Policy" to submit your cancelation request.

An email confirmation of the cancelation details will be sent. Remember, you cannot cancel your tuition plan if a claim has been initiated.
