How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time! Below are a few quick easy steps to help you check that item off your to-do list.

Step 1: After logging in with the account holder details, click on "Billing" located on the side panel of your account page.

Step 2: Choose "Renters" to update renters payment information. Please note that tuition billing information can not be changed until your next plan purchase.

Step 3: Select the "Edit" button located under your current billing information.

Step 4: Update your billing or payment card information as needed. 

 

Step 5: Click "Save" after making edits or "Cancel" to void any information that may have been updated.

 

Billing information can only be edited by the account holder.
