How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time. Below are a few quick easy steps to help you check that item off your to-do list.

 

Step 1: Log into your account online at account.gradguard.com.

Step 2: Click on your name in the upper right corner of the home page.

 

Step 3: Select “ Settings” on the drop down menu.

 

Step 4: Click on “Billing” and choose the “Edit” option.

Step 5: Input your information and click on “Submit” once you're done! It may take a few minutes for the change to reflect through your online account

 

Step 6: You are all set!

 

Note that you can only edit the billing information if you are the account holder of the policy. If you receive a “Session Must be User” error, this means you are using an incorrect email for login!
