How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information at any time! Below are a few quick easy steps to help you check that item off your to-do list.
Step 1: After logging in with the account holder details, select the Billing tab.
Step 2: Click on Edit
Step 3: Enter the updated payment information field or any other billing details that may have changed. Select Submit.
Step 4: Confirm that the billing details were updated. It may take a few minutes for the change to reflect through your online account.
Note that you can only edit the billing information if you are the account holder of the policy. If you receive a “Session Must be User” error, this means you are using an incorrect email for login!
